March 23, 2026Madeline has been a phenomenal asset during our home buying experience. As a US Service Member currently overseas, she has accepted our unique situation and made every effort to make our FIRST home purchase an experience we will not forget. From responding to our questions in the middle of the night (her time), to walking us step-by-step through the entire process, Madeline has maintained a cheery attitude.Buying a house is never easy. Madeline answered every question for us. She was willing to periodically check on the house to reassure us that our dream home was still worth pursuing. Unbelievably, Madeline provided additional support even after we closed on the house! And without hesitation.We are unable to move into the house for a couple more months, but Madeline has continued to assist us. She willingly went to the house during the installation of our home security system. On top of this, she is going back to the house to install and set up our home internet.When needing to buy (or sell) your home, Madeline is my top recommendation. She has made our first experience easy, as stress-free as she can (can't control the lenders or legal requirements), and a standard for customer service and support we will forever expect other service providers to meet.

February 2, 2026Our realtor, Heather, was absolutely awesome. We live out of state. She drove 1.5 hours each way to walk the property for us. She had us on Face Time so we could see it all. She answered all of our questions. When we flew in to look at the property in person, she was there. She had a builder there to answer any questions we might have regarding building in New Bern. She has also given us some other names to use for possible builders.Our remote closing process was seamless. She gave us all the information and walked us through it step by step. It all came together without a snag.I hope you have an opportunity to work with her. She is fabulous.

She has been a God send to us and instrumental in our getting the home we wanted. We can't recommend her highly enough! November 28, 2025From the moment we were introduced to Maddie to closing, she was our rock! As first time home buyers we had NO idea what we were doing, and Maddie was there no matter what time of day to answer all of our questions. At closing she left us a goodie basket that made our whole experience that much more heartwarming (she even included stuff for our twins!). Michelle got my house sold and I was able to walk away with money in my pocket. She also got me into my forever home all at the same time. I can't say enough about her. She worked with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I bought the house I really wanted and didn't settle. I work overnights and she was available to me up until 11pm most nights to answer questions or deal with anything I needed. I highly recommend her. 5 stars

My wife and I were in a bind after losing the house we rented to Hurricane Florence with a newborn child, and we contacted them, and they immediately went to work. We found the perfect house to raise our son in immediately for a great price, and we're living there what felt like an instant. They took care of everything and walked us through the process being 1st time home owners without taking advantage and made the entire process a blessing.
