Becoming licensed in 2022, Erica Rousseau has seen both a fast-paced buyer’s market and the lull of a market doused in economical hardship; this experience has assisted in giving her an edge on her competition in regards to negotiation skills, analytical market assessing skills, and (last but certainly not least) patience in stressful moments.

To Erica, it is imperative that buyer and seller clients experience a great deal of patience from their representation throughout what is more than likely going to be an immensely stressful time in their life. As stressful as purchasing a new home or selling a property that is dear to your heart is, there is also stress involved in the negotiations, implementation of marketing strategies, and other services required of your agent. On the days that feel heavy, Erika finds her motivation to keep going by thinking of her children.
